[CJ OliveNetworks = 2016/07/10] CJ OliveNetworks (CEO Kyung-bae Lee) became an official sponsor of the “4th Korean Multicultural andYouth Basketball Tournament.”
The “4th Korean Multicultural and Youth Basketball Tournament” is a basketballtournament centered in multicultural families and youth clubs around thenation, with the goal of recognizing talents and future leaders in Koreanbasketball and providing players a venue to communicate and perform.
With 330 players from 34 teams in the tournament, the teams faced each other in4 classes (multicultural, girl’s tournament, early elementary, and late elementary)over 2 days in Seoul’s Baejae High School stadium. CJ OliveNetworks added agift set comprised of 10 types of CJ snacks into the bargain for the winningteam.
CJ OliveNetworks has a long history of community service aimed at children as apart of its CSR campaign. Along with cadre volunteer services and culturalcontent services, it also hosts “CJ SW Creative Camp,” where children canfamiliarize themselves with the principles of software coding. (End)
