Hiring Process for Experienced Candidates

    screening

    We review the candidate's resume or portfolio to see if the candidate is qualified for the position.

    1st interview

    Based on the online application, we determine if the candidate has practical skills and competencies for the position.

    2nd interview

    We conduct an executive interview and CJAT (CJ Aptitude Test) to comprehensively assess the candidate’s personality, aptitude, and abilities.

    Salary negotiation

    As the last stage of our hiring process, a salary negotiation, reputation inquiry, and health screening will be conducted for the candidate.

    Onboarding

    When passing all the stages of the hiring process, the candidate becomes a member of CJ OliveNetworks after attending the onboarding training.

    We review the candidate’s cover letter to comprehensively assess the competencies required for the position as well as potential for growth.

    Aptitude Test

    By conducting the CJ Comprehensive Aptitude Test (CAT+CJAT), we assess the abilities and aptitude of candidates from various perspectives.

    1st interview

    The hiring process for entry-level positions includes a interview with the department head/manager (in-depth/job competency/language).
    The internship hiring process includes a interview with the department head/manager.
