  • You can register and manage multiple stores and branches with a single account on Work Scan.  Multiple stores (worksites), affiliates, and branches can be managed all at once as sub-organizations of your business. In addition, you can designate a person in charge of the management of each store or branch so that the store or branch can be independently managed.
  • Work Scan facilitates flexibly changes in the operation method of a worksite and the work schedules of individual employees through the mobile app, which can be conveniently checked and managed by the manager.
  • On Work Scan, you can create various types of leaves, such as annual leaves, substitute leaves, substitute holidays, leaves for congratulatory events, bereavement leaves, summer vacation, and compensatory leaves, and grant them to the members. Or any other special leaves can be added and managed.
  • The applicable law requires that employment contracts be preserved for 3 years from the end of the employment relationship; and other related documents be preserved for 3 years from the date of execution of such documents. Work Scan automatically classifies and stores employment contracts in compliance with the document preservation period provided by the Labor Standards Act.
