[CJ OliveNetworks = July 2, 2018 (Monday)] CJ’s integrated lifestyle membership service, CJ ONE (www.cjone.com) announced that the number of members who benefited from its promotional culture events held since last year surpassed 110,000 within 18 months.

CJ ONE has presented its members nationwide with the cultural experiences of 62 performances and exhibitions since January last year until June this year, in which more than 450,000 members have participated.

CJ ONE has held differentiated marketing activities tailored to CJ’s image as a “culture creator” through performances and exhibitions that boast of both popularity and artistry. Since the second half of last year, CJ ONE has held promotions for performances and exhibitions in areas other than Seoul to narrow the regional cultural gap.

According to the CJ ONE’s culture marketing data analysis, the female members in their 20s and 30s residing in Seoul was found to have participated the most. The exhibitions that recorded the highest number of participants were Todd Selby’s “The Selby House” and “Paper, Present?A Gift for You,” which drew about 19,000 and 14,000 CJ ONE member visitors, respectively. By region, the number of visitors was the highest in Seoul, followed by Busan and Jeju. CJ ENM’s own-produced musical promotions, such as “Kinky Boots,” “Man of La Mancha,” and “Broadway 42nd Street,” were also favorably responded to by the members.

Such culture marketing activities of CJ ONE increased the number of visitors of partner companies by over 20% on average, thereby contributing to expanding the culture and arts base.

CJ ONE plans to present customer-tailored promotion by analyzing the accumulated marketing data and utilizing the cultural contents that members prefer by sex, age group, and region. As part of this move, it is working to discover new culture marketing areas, such as planning a “Museum Visiting Series” connected with state and public agencies starting this year, as the first membership service in its kind.

For example, in partnership with the National Museum of Korea, CJ ONE held inviting events for “Tigers in East Asian Art” and “Masterpieces of the French Art of the XVII?XIX Centuries from the Collection of the Hermitage” exhibitions last January and February, respectively.

It also held events for its customers in partnership with “Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang” and “KidZania,” a theme park for children, to expand cultural programs that the entire family can enjoy.

“The members’ trust in CJ as a culture-creating company and their interest and participation in CJ ONE’s events are a great help to us to provide differentiated culture marketing. We will actively use culture marketing data to support the customized cultural life for our members,” said Manager Cho Yeon-hwa of CJ ONE.

Meanwhile, CJ ONE is holding the invitation event for exhibitions of “Marc Chagall, Love and Life” and “Niki de Saint Phalle Works from the Masuda Collection” held exclusively in Seoul at the Seoul Arts Center from June to July 8. There, visitors will be able to view 127 artworks of Niki de Saint Phalle, a representative modern artist of France, who has developed her unique style by expressing her personal experiences as art.
