CJ OliveNetworks Selected as “2016 Family-Friendly Enterprise'

On the 20th of, CJ OliveNetworks (CEO Kyung-bae Lee) was selected as the 2016Family-Friendly Enterprise inrecognition of its role in spearheading the development of family-friendlyworkplace practices.

 

TheFamily-Friendly Enterprise designation, awarded by the Ministry of GenderEquality and Family, recognizes companies with a consistent track record of practicessuch as child support, flexible work hours, andfamily-friendly workplace ethics.

 

CJ OliveNetworksearned high praises for its internal welfare programs and support programs in2016, which allowed the employees to strike a healthy work?life balance.

 

The companyparticularly focuses on the social issue of low birthrate. One of suchpolicies, support forinfertility operation, providesfinancial support for the often expensive infertility operation in order to help employees achieve their family plans.

 

Pregnantemployees are provided with a congratulatory gift, an emission-blocking blanketfor the safety of the fetus, a special belt buckle for seat belts, and a taxi coupon for commuting. Employees also receive a gift when they or their spouse gives birth.
