CJ OliveNetworks Opens RCS Page for the First Time among Messaging Service Companies with Messaging Service Platform “mplace”

-CJ OliveNetworks has realized a cloud-based web service page, making itpossible to use RCS messages conveniently from sending to management.

Anext-generation messaging service, RCS is a conversation-type texting servicethat enables interaction with customers, such as chatting or providing shoppinginformation.

 

RCSallows for not only providing informative messages, such as the breakdown ofcredit card use or shipping information, but also connecting via the Internetand phones for mutual interaction using a shortcut. In addition, one can freelyset the message format to fit the purpose of corporate marketing.

 

Whatdistinguishes the new service is that the company has directly realized mplace’sRCS service by not only interlocking with database-interlocking modules and theapplication program interface (API), which are existing legacy methods, but byalso using a cloud-based web service page.

 

Corporateclients can send RCS messages, register and manage templates, manage callingnumbers, and even conveniently use manager features with just a single loginwithout building a separate system.

 

Inparticular, it supports the failback message sending feature as general messagesfor failed receipts of RCS messages after sending, thereby enhancing the rate atwhich clients are reached. The service guarantees stability by directlyinterlocking with Korea’s three mobile carriers.
