Salesforce is a specialist in cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. Its offerings include C360, which provides a 360-degree integrated view of customers; Agentforce, for developing and deploying AI agents; Tableau, for data-driven decision-making; and Slack, an intelligent productivity platform.
The signing ceremony took place on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025, at Salesforce Korea headquarters. Key attendees included In-sang Yoo, CEO of CJ OliveNetworks, and Bu-han Sohn, CEO of Salesforce Korea.
Through this strategic partnership, CJ OliveNetworks aims to implement a collaborative model that delivers tangible business results by applying key platforms tailored for the AI era.
The specific areas of collaboration include: Adopting and expanding the CRM platform; Establishing a collaboration environment based on the enterprise communication app 'Slack'; Building a data analysis system via 'Tableau'; Advancing operational workflows through 'Agentforce'.
CJ OliveNetworks will use Slack to foster an agile and organic collaboration culture through real-time communication and automation. By utilizing Tableau, the company will refine data visualization and analysis environments. Furthermore, by driving innovation through Agentforce, it aims to enhance operational efficiency and secure a quick response to market changes.
Based on the outcomes of this partnership, both companies plan to gradually expand Salesforce platforms to CJ Group. They also intend to actively support customers' digital innovation by providing specialized consulting across four core industries: Food & Food Services, Biotechnology, Logistics & Retail, and Entertainment & Media.
CJ OliveNetworks expects to improve work accuracy and efficiency, accelerate the digital transformation of core businesses, and create significant synergies.
